Solution Delivery Manager

You, us, and the job

We are now looking for a Solution Delivery Manager who will play an important role as the bridge between business and production. In close collaboration with PostNord's sales team, you will create, maintain, and develop effective, sustainable, and profitable production solutions. Once the business is completed, you will take over the operational responsibility, ensuring that everything is correctly documented and that the systems are updated.

You will be a proactive support in the organization, handling any customer challenges and continuously working to improve logistics solutions for the best possible customer experience and business benefit, both for the customer and PostNord. We prefer the location to be Jönköping or Malmö, but for the right candidate, we are also open to other options such as Växjö or Gothenburg. Travel is part of the job, mainly during the day but with the occasional overnight stay.

What you will do

  • You will engage and collaborate with selected customers at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
  • Through your understanding of the customer's business and what creates value, you will identify both direct and underlying needs.
  • You will contribute insights into logistics for B2C, B2B, and supply chain.
  • Maintain direct contact with the customer during the sales process on production-related issues to support the salesperson.
  • In collaboration with our production units, you will be responsible for cost calculations.
  • Together with the salesperson, you will document and implement the designed production solution in SOP and ensure it is updated.
  • You will ensure a safe implementation of new assignments, follow up and adjust solutions as needed, and be responsible for correct documentation in the CRM system Salesforce.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring quality issues in collaboration with production.
  • Advise on packaging, layout, and labels.
  • Stay updated on PostNord's offerings, processes, systems, pricing policy, sales tools, etc.
  • Work with market monitoring and identify trends that affect the business.

What you bring

  • We see it as a merit if you have a relevant academic degree, for example in logistics, marketing, industrial economics, or similar.
  • Training in sales, business acumen, and sales techniques, such as Spin, is an advantage.
  • At least a few years of documented experience from a similar customer-facing role in a larger company where you have acted as a bridge between sales and production.
  • Solid experience in logistics solutions B2B, B2C, C2C.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels, including at the management level both internally and with customers.
  • Data-driven working methods and experience in creating designed solutions based on business conditions.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, SharePoint, Salesforce or other CRM systems, and other relevant digital tools.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
